What has happened to EMP? Shocking customer service
Over 6 weeks ago I ordered 1 pair of shorts an ACDC T Shirt and a Rammstein T-Shirt. After many hours spent chasing when my delivery would arrive it finally turned up. No Rammstein T-Shirt as it was out of stock and a pair of so called XXL shorts that were clearly labelled medium! I sent the shorts back over 2 weeks ago and have not had a refund. Not one response other than the standard 'we are very busy at present' I am not surprised if they are dealing with this many complaints. What has happened to what was once a great company to deal with? I will never order from them again after this experience!

Customer service is really poor
Customer service is really poor, and the delivery times seem to have got longer.
I have been shopping with them for many years and a paid up VIP.
However its noticeably got more expensive and the delivery times longer, and the returns process is poor.
It can take over a week on receipt of your return to receive either a refund or your replacement. They won't send a replacement until they have received and processed the return.
This can take several weeks in which time the item you wanted is out of stock or NLA.
I did contact EMP for comment before posting but received no response.

Incredibly slow dispatch and allows customers to choose items that are not in stock to put in basket you only find out through invoice email afterwards that you won't be receiving said item, and although in fairness you don't pay for the item it is still very disappointing, flawed system!!!

VERY Poor quality clothing
VERY Poor quality clothing, bought these jeans last August, worn them only 5 times, washed them twice and they’ve fallen apart… also had a t shirt from EMP that basically disintegrated after 2 x 30 degree washes, they REFUSED to give me a refund… will never buy anything from this awful company ever again !! Great service
All of the clothes I ordered were of high quality and accurate sizing.
I ordered a pair of boots that unfortunately I didn't like the look of in person when they arrived. It was not a problem to send it back and got a refund no questions asked.
I only mention this as a positive as some companies I've had to do returns with have been difficult or slow.

Appalling customer service
I have ordered many times from EMP, love the products but the customer service is appalling! 3 emails and 3 webchats regarding a refund for an item EMP sent incorrectly, no response at all! Will not be ordering again!!

I'm surprised at so many 1 🌟 reviews from other individuals having problems with EMP ? I've had no issues with EMP whatsoever in 2 years I think in buying from them ? An average wait is 10 days unless Pre-ordered which then items come soon after. I'm always kept up-to-date via email, which is then passed over to Royal Mail for delivery the next day. I've not yet spoken to anyone at EMP so I have no issue (s) 🤞 And I hope that's how it continues 🤘

I’ve ordered several items from EMP and it’s always been nicer material than from the band’s official merch site.brought a faded Motörhead T-shirt and the other half has pinched it off me
Just ordered a collector’s pack and a Lenny vintage T-shirt can’t wait for them to arrive.
I don’t bother with official merchandise from band sites as all the Maiden ones I have are fruit of the loom itchy quite restrictive so il continue to order from EMP

Will not be ordering again!
I have ordered from these guys before and never had an issue but I will no longer be ordering from them due to their awful sizing and down right terrible customer service.
I ordered a whole bunch of clothes and got told some where not in stock which is fine however after nearly a month I still had received no update on my order. So I emailed them and got told funnily enough that it was being dispatched that same day. Coincidence I think not. The item that wasn't in stock was coincidentally refunded into my account and the rest of the clothes sent out. I received them nearly 2 weeks later. When I received them none of the skirts/dresses fit me. More like a t-shirt on me and the skirts where like a belt it was that short. I decided to return the whole order out of ease. How stupid I was. I went online and it stated my order couldn't be returned and contact support. The phone number they provide is no longer in service. (Well why provide a telephone number then) I then had to email for further information. I had to print off a returns order form and fill it out. I still haven't received any information on my return and its been 10 days. So I emailed them and ooo coincidentally enough my refund is being processed today so we shall see if I get my full refund or not.
Overall I will not be ordering from these guys again. Completely awful and poor service and returns

Haven't received my order yet it's not due till the end of the week but honestly so far it's been smooth and I get updates on where my parcel is. Can't wait for the item
Lack of customer service
I was happy with some of the products, but the others I have tried to return. Tracking shows the return was delivered however I have had no communication. There is no customer service. No phone number (no longer in use). No one responds on chat. And I emailed using the address provided in the replies to previous reviews with also no response. Quite concerned about my refund. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY ASKING TO EMAIL TO THE MAILBOX EMAIL. I have already done this with no response.

First and last order , both items received are wrong , Volbeat T-shirt and hogwarts one delivered along with a extra large Metallica jacket , shame I ordered large

No communication
Placed order 16 days ago conformation email to say that they had taken out money and haven’t heard from them since. Very poor customer service and can only contact them but email. Shocking
